Steps to perform a system restore via Safe Mode with Command Prompt

1 Launch your PC. When it is launching, hit F8 constantly until you see the following short screen:

2 use the arrow keys on the keyboard to highlight Safe Mode with Command Prompt and hit Enter

3 type cd restore and hit Enter

4 in the next line, type rstrui.exe and hit Enter again

5 then, the System Restore dialog will pop up. At that time, click Next to continue the process

6 choose a time and click on Next

7 click Finish to execute the system restore
